We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and efficient. Please review our shipping policy for important details.
Shipping Fees We offer free domestic shipping within Canada. We currently do not accept international orders.
Shipping and Processing Times Domestic orders typically take 7-10 business days to arrive. We process and dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize any delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Address Changes and Delivery Delays You can request a change to your delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched. If your delivery exceeds the expected time frame, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.
Order Cancellations You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions on returning your items.
Product Availability We strive to keep our stock information accurate, but occasional discrepancies may occur. If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will ship the available items and contact you to discuss whether you’d prefer to wait for the rest or receive a refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the delivery service immediately to file a claim and inform our support team. Retain all packaging and take photos of any damage to assist with the claim process. While we are not responsible for losses or damages during shipment, we will support you in resolving the issue.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. We cannot accept products that have already been installed. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser unless the return is due to our error. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@recyclebikes.ca. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more details, see our return policy.
