I did a swap from the stock 500W hub motor on my Radwagon 3 to a Bafang Mid Drive with Jason. I did my research, priced the parts and tools needed to do the job myself, and Jason was not only able to get me better prices, his charge for the work was super reasonable. He also provided some options and recommendations on things like which sensors to add, display options, sourced a new rear wheel for me, recommended grips and tires suited the bike.

Jason has been available and responsive to every question I’ve had in the year since I’ve had my bike converted. The bike has performed flawlessly, but when I needed to know how to change the tire radius in the display, he had the answer inside an hour. Jason got back to me within minutes, and installed a new sensor, free of charge, the next morning. He even swapped out my pedals for a new set, something that had zero to do with his install, and wouldn’t take a dime.

In short, the conversion is awesome and works like a dream, allowing me to keep using a beloved and comfortable bike as I age, but the customer service goes so far above and beyond that this 5-star system can’t do it justice!
